Pizzas made from local and seasonal products shake up classic pizzas for the pleasure of treating yourself.

Our homemade dough, made with love, is made from quality millstone flour from the Colagne mill, a natural leaven and a long fermentation, which gives it a lightness and digestibility that is much appreciated. And of course, it is cooked over a wood fire to obtain this incomparable crispness so characteristic of all our pizzas.
